1. Our Warranty Commitment
All our products come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
- What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship (e.g., broken zippers, faulty seams, defective hardware, or snaps).
- What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or cleaning, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Repair Services

If your item suffers from a manufacturing defect within 2 years, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Out-of-Warranty Care
Accident after 2 years? We offer lifetime repair services (zipper replacement, seam stitching, hardware fixes) for a small, reasonable fee.
